Game Save Exports

Hi, I'm trying to export all of my game saves from the Gamcore browser, so I can have them in case something happens. Whenever I try to export everything though, it just downloads a file titled "download" and it doesn't have a file type, so it can't be transferred anywhere else. Whenever I try to open it as a .txt file, it's just blank. I tried using the export tool both together with the import link and seperately. I've attached a picture of the files I get when I try to export my saves for reference (again the .txt file is just empty and I can't do anything with the other file). Someone please tell me what I should do because all of my saves are on this browser.

Have you tried an alternative way to download the saved files?

Yes I did, it's still giving me the same thing.

Hi, sorry to hear that.
We are working on a solution for that.
Meanwhile you can use different browsers (chrome, firefox, opera) for different favourite games in order to keep saves safe.
