Having issues saving and playing games

When ever I start a game, and I get the option to choose something this pops up on my screen:

Warning: write error: The user denied permission to access the database.

After I save and download that file for that game, it does not let me import that save file to recover my progress.

Hi, do you mean you have downloaded game to your computer and you can play offline?
Or do you mean you have preloaded game in your browser?

Perhaps you can make a short video with your phone or screen recorder and upload it to youtube privately so we can understand better what went wrong. thanks
