What kind of browser do you use?
Also, what is your phone model and what is the operating system version?

I am using Google Chrome, Huawei version 6.1, and Android system

Unfortunately, Huawei does not support the Android operating system. Therefore, you may have such an error. You have HarmonyOS.

The only thing I can suggest is to write to the game developers so that they maybe do something in the next update.
