Saving/Exporting saves

I use gamcore browser. Want to save progress but EXPORT/IMPORT GAME SAVES link doesn`t create any new file. pls help

I tried to do it in the browser and everything works.
I`ll just describe step by step what i am doing
1 scroll all the way dwon to the bottom and click help
2 In section Game Saves Management clicking EXPORT/IMPORT GAME SAVES link
3 In section Export or Backup clicking 1. Export all game saves, chosing file destination and saving
4 Then i can`t find a file in selected destination

Wait, now it worked, it created a file (but tried this like 6 times today and yesterday) BUT it`s empty it has only {} written

We are still looking for the cause of the error. Please tell us which operating system do you use? And which version?

Please try to export and import files separately and write whether it works.

Games' Saves Export page separately, and
Games' Saves Import page afterwards.

Exact same problem and I am on the Gamcore browser too. Additional question, is it possible to retrieve only certain game saves, like individualy ?
