I've sent two hotfix update requests to the 'version update requests' forum, is this the correct one? As they've been posted a while and actual game update requests that have been posted after have been actioned... just want to make sure it's in the correct forum?

Yes, version update requests should be submitted in the Version Update Requests forum:

If you've already posted your requests there, then they're in the correct place. Processing times can vary, so some newer requests may occasionally be handled before older ones.

Bug fixes and game updates are handled by a different person. Sometimes updates are delayed due to technical issues or other problems, so for now you'll just need to wait. Hopefully they will be added when possible. 😊
